Job Description
PRST is seeking motivated and reliable Skilled Laborers to join our team on a variety of projects in the Santa Barbara area, including commercial construction sites and high-end custom homes. This role involves supporting trades, performing general construction tasks, site cleanup, material handling, and assisting with installations. Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt between commercial environments and luxury residential job sites. Professionalism and attention to detail are a must, especially on high-end custom projects.

Responsibilities
- 1–2 years of construction or skilled labor experience preferred
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Comfortable working in both commercial and residential jobsite settings
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to follow directions and work well with crews and supervisors
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus (not required)
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
The hourly rate for this position is $22-26/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
