Job Description
As a Journeyman Concrete Carpenter with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support a large general contractor with projects in greater Seattle area. In this role, you’ll earn $36-$38 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
TILT-UP AND FORM SETTING SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Basic carpentry to advanced carpentry
- Flat work to wall forms knowledge
- Level, lazer, and transit familiarity is vital on commercial sites
- Massive form work experience needed
- Trench work and footing lay out
- Setting up and verifying grid points from engineering prints and hub locations.
- Familiarity with rebar codes, and a co-working relationship with rod busters.
- Form work familiarity is generally simpson panels, and johnshoe snap tie, 6" forms with MDO / HDO form boards.
Time management of materials to be used in weekly job tasks are:
- beam forms
- feature strip
- anchoring
- door and window location and verification
- metal door frame sealing and anchoring in mud location
- Inbed placement, roof inbeds, dock door inbeds, wall closure inbeds, and inbed tie-down anchoring.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ yrs experience with Concrete Carpentry work
- 2 verifiable work references that can verify your recent Journeyman Concrete Carpentry work
- Able to Tie Rebar, Forms, and Read Blue Prints
- Reliable Transportation to and from construction sites
- Must be equipped with Concrete carpentry tools and tool belt.
- Valid RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS for Employment in the US
- The hourly rate for this position is $36-$38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
