These roles offer the opportunity to lead crews, manage impactful projects, and contribute to the successful execution of civil sitework, including fine grading, pipe installation, and site preparation.
If you have advanced HEO skills, leadership experience, and a passion for managing crews and projects, this is your chance to grow your career with a reputable construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent or Foreman, you will:
  • Leadership & Crew Management:
    • Run small crews independently, and manage larger teams with minimal input from the General Superintendent.
    • Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures, including safety and equipment protocols (e.g., DEF and Fueling Policy, Safety Policy).
    • Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, engineers, general contractors, and owners to complete projects on time and within scope.
    • Order and coordinate materials and trucks for daily tasks. Report any material or trucking issues to the General Superintendent or Project Manager.
  • Sitework & Technical Expertise:
    • Perform precise fine grading and pipe laying using advanced equipment.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and plans to build projects accurately.
    • Set and confirm tie-ins for existing roads, sewer lines, and other infrastructure when arriving on-site.
    • Utilize GPS rovers and machine control systems to check grades and layout curbs. Set up and operate Universal Total Station (UTS) and teach employees to do the same.
    • Ensure subgrade and rock grade are confirmed by the GPS department before and after rock is placed.
    • Calculate grades and percentages for civil sitework needs.
    • Use B2W software to report daily quantities and time.
  • Safety & Equipment:
    • Ensure all employees complete daily pre-operation inspections on equipment.
    • Maintain a professional and safety-first approach when addressing jobsite challenges.
Why Work With Us?
  • Competitive Pay: Earn $26.08–$33.00 per hour.
  • Benefits: Weekly pay, health insurance, and flexible work schedules.
  • Career Growth: Work on large-scale, high-impact projects while building leadership experience in preparation for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in Heavy Equipment Operations, with proficiency in fine grading, pipe laying, and site preparation.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing crews and running projects independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of GPS systems (rover, machine control, UTS) and grading instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and calculate grades/percentages for sitework needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to address issues professionally with project stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather and terrain conditions.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
