Job Description
- Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently for site preparation, grading, and fine leveling tasks.
- Execute precision fine grading to meet project specifications.
- Perform earthmoving operations, including cutting, shaping, and spreading soil.
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to meet project goals.
- Utilize laser grading systems to ensure accurate grade control.
- Manage stormwater control measures and contribute to pipe installation projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, specifically operating bulldozers.
- Ability to perform fine grading and leveling with precision.
- Proficiency with laser grading equipment and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of earthmoving operations and stormwater management.
- Experience leading or managing crews is a plus.
- Ability to perform outdoor tasks in varying weather and terrain conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Possess a valid certification and minimum five years' experience with heavy construction equipment, including bulldozers. (is a plus)
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electronics, and Department of Transportation regulations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and entry courses as needed for each site worked.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.21 - $24.61/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
