Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate activities of electricians, apprentices, and helpers.
- Lead by example, ensuring all work meets project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Superintendents and other trade teams to align with the overall project schedule.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members, focusing on construction methods, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and ensure construction requirements are met.
- Oversee material management and jobsite logistics, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, including creating Jobsite Safety Analyses and Hazard Analyses
Responsibilities
- OSHA-30 Certification
- North Carolina Electrical License and at least 5+ years of related experience with equivalent knowledge and expertise.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds regularly.

The hourly rate for this position is $42-$50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
