Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose system issues and recommend repair solutions.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Complete service reports and work orders accurately.
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- HVAC certification or trade school education preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights.
The hourly rate for this position is $37.00-$42.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
