Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week | Weekend & After-Hours Availability Required
Pay: $25/hr
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout assigned facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Assist with maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain maintenance equipment, tools, and fleet vehicles.
- Keep repair logs and assist with scheduling preventative maintenance.
- Support grounds maintenance including mowing, irrigation systems, fencing, and landscaping upkeep.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain service records.
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Respond to facility emergencies and after-hours maintenance calls as needed.
- Operate company vehicles and trailers when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with staff, vendors, visitors, and volunteers.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2+ years of facilities, building, or property maintenance experience.
- General knowledge of:
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing repairs
- Carpentry
- Facility equipment maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 21 years old to meet driving and insurance requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- TDLR HVAC Technician Certification.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- NFPA 70E Certification.
- Experience with fleet vehicle maintenance and trailer operation.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently walk, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment up to 60 pounds.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.

The hourly rate for this position is $25-$25/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
