Job Description
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas lines, and fixtures in commercial buildings.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and building plans.
- Perform pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and threading with precision and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues in commercial systems.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure systems are functioning properly before project completion.
Responsibilities
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed plumber, specializing in commercial work.
- Certifications: OSHA-10 preferred (but not required).
- Tools: Must have your own tools.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials as needed.

The hourly rate for this position is $26-$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
