Job Description
- Set up and operate manual and/or conventional lathes, knee mills, bore mills, and horizontal mills
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform precision machining operations while maintaining quality standards
- Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Assist with general shop operations and support other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
SCHEDULE:
Candidates must be willing to work 10–12 hour shifts, up to 7 days per week
- Start Time: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- 10–12 hour shifts

- 10–12 hour shifts
- Up to 7 days per week
Responsibilities
- Previous machinist experience required
- Experience operating lathes, knee mills, bore mills, and horizontal mills preferred
- Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Must be reliable, flexible, and willing to perform additional shop duties beyond primary machinist responsibilities
PPE & Tools Required
Tools: Basic hand tools, measuring tools, and related machinist accessories
The hourly rate for this position is $32-$40/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
