Commercial Plumber

Overview

Responsibilities

• Hours: Monday- Friday, 40+ hours.
• Install, Repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine projects specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Be at least 18+ years of age
• Current/Active Plumber license preferred but not required
• Must have 3+ years of Commercial experience
• Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with project managers and other contractors.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on scope of work.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• The hourly rate for this position is $28-$32/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
