Now you might be wondering, “How much money are you talking about?” Great question. Here’s how it breaks down:
- Refer a helper and you’ll earn $100 after they’ve worked 120 hours
- Refer an apprentice and you’ll earn $250 after they’ve worked 120 hours
- Refer a journeyman and you’ll earn $500 after they’ve worked 120 hours

After they’ve applied online, a member of our team will reach out via phone.
- During the call, the candidate will be asked a few questions, including, “Did anyone refer you?”
- At that point, the individual MUST reference your name for you to get credit (and cash)
- After your referral is hired and works 120 hours, we’ll direct deposit your referral reward

Terms & Conditions
- Any referred tradesperson must work 120 hours. After 120 hours, you will be paid your earnings in one lump sum.
- The referee must provide your name as the referrer. If it is not provided, you will not receive payment—so make sure they mention your name!
- Rewards are tax applicable and paid via your preferred payment method on file.
- Referral bonuses are only awarded to active PeopleReady Skilled Trades tradespeople.
