Job Description
As a Skilled laborer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support our customers on potential commercial and residential projects located in Naples, FL and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll earn up to $18-23 an hour based on your skillset, enjoy weekly pay, and health insurance benefits. You can also earn up to a $1,500 bonus as part of our Respect the Craft tradesperson recognition program!

Responsibilities
- Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
- Operating equipment like drills, pneumatic hammers, shovels, pikes, and other heavy machinery.
- Assisting with various electrical and plumbing installation procedures.
- Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company's principles.
- Removing hazardous materials from sites.
- Spreading gravel, asphalt, and other materials over surfaces.
- Performing site and equipment inspections.
- Attending meetings and workshops.
- Completing on-the-job training.
- Ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 18 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience in a commercial construction setting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- OSHA 10 a plus!
