Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for Experienced Industrial Electricians for a night shift in the Charlotte NC area.
In this role you’ll work 4-10 hour evening shifts. Top Candidates are responsible for evolving by learning basis day to day NEC code compliance installations. Responsible for referencing NEC as needed to address code compliance issues in the field. Reviewing plans, understanding, laying out, and executing to complete daily tasks. Responsible for their safety and the safety of everyone around. Responsible for a clean and organized work area. Understanding electrical drawings along with all other disciplines to complete their scope of work.
In this position you’ll earn between 27-34 an hour depending on Experience. Enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Set up and utilize electrical tools and equipment such as table top benders, smart benders, power ponies, hogs head, wire tuggers, wire monkeys, heap-vac systems, meggers/torque wrenches/screwdrivers.
- Maintaining tools and equipment and keeping parts and supplies in order
- Performing semi-skilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
- Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
Qualifications & Experience
- -Must have non expired form of Identification
- -Must have reliable transportation
- -in-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area
- -Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems – for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multimeter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action
- -Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite
- -References that will verify your professional skills and experience
- -Upload resume if possible
- The hourly rate for this position is as stated above. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
