Overview

Responsibilities

• Installing copper, cast iron and PVC
• Join pipes using various methods such as screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and calks joints.
• Have knowledge of different types of pipes and fittings to ensure proper joining.
• Understand the principles of plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to prevent leaks and other issues.
• Install new plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply and drainage systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
• Minimum 5 yrs of experience with pluming
• Must have experience with copper and cast iron
• Relevant plumbing experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with various types of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• The hourly rate for this position is $28-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
