Painter -Professional

Overview

Responsibilities

• Hours: 7AM-3:30PM
• Professional painter with brushes, rollers, white and drop clothes needed for residential painting. This site entails walls only in downstairs unit.

Qualifications & Experience

• • Be at least 21+ years of age
• • Current/Active N/A
• • N/A Certification or a willingness to obtain it
• • Able to use rollers and brushes to apply paint to walls, do near to perfect cut ins.
• Before painting, prepare the job site by washing walls, repairing holes, removing old paint, and taping off areas to avoid painting. Protect areas that shouldn't be painted like floors and ceilings with tape and drop cloths. Clean up the work area by removing paint brushes and rollers, wiping up spilled paint, and rolling up drop cloths.
• • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• • Prior experience in the residential field required
• • Prior experience using Brushes and roller, stairs, drop cloths, blue tape for wall edges required
• • Position may require a drug screen

• The hourly rate for this position is $$20-$25/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
