Overview

Responsibilities

Responsibilities *include but are not limited to:

• Measuring, cutting, and hanging drywall to required specifications;
• Assisting in framing up walls and installing sheathing;
• Installing crown moldings;
• Assembling and fastening materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue;
• Cutting and nailing headers and blocking;
• Fitting and installing of window frames, doors, interior and exterior trim, wooden doorframes;
• Performing all duties in compliance with site safety and building requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years previous experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field.
• Ability to accept direction and work as a team player.
• Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule including nontraditional hours including weekends.
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 or willingness to undergo OSHA Safety Training.

• Hammer, screw drives, tape measure, adjustable wrenches, utility knife, impact driver, plumb bob, cordless drill, caulk gun, nail sets, T square, framing square, level
