Tina Radosti serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisitions for PeopleReady. Radosti has over 30 years of experience in the staffing and sourcing industries. She is an expert at generating high-volume candidate flow across multiple disciplines, including hospitality, retail, general labor, and warehouse and distribution. Radosti’s strategic vision is transforming candidate recruitment, with her team connecting people with work across PeopleReady’s large network of clients. Radosti drives consistency with centralized processes and engagement of sourcing tools that target the right candidates to fill clients’ staffing needs.
